First Office Systems have been business partners with AVAYA since 1996 and have supplied hundreds of AVAYA INDeX and IP Office systems.
INDeX is now an old product which is no longer supported by AVAYA (however, we still support the INDeX platform).
We also support all types of IP Office Systems (apart from the 401 Small Office Edition) including the IP403 (DT and DS versions), IP406v1 and IP406v2 (version 1 and version 2) and the IP500v1 (version 1) and the latest Version 2 (IP500v2). We provide support primarily throughout Kent, Sussex, Surrey, London and the South East. We can also provide support throughout the UK for selective customers and indeed internationally where required.
As you can imagine, having dealt with AVAYA systems for so many years, we have vast AVAYA experience. Indeed, as well as supplying many systems over the years, we have also inherited competitor installations to support due to many of our competitors not providing suitable levels of support either through poor experience and knowledge or poorly trained engineers and sales people.
Our standard level of service and support includes cover for all hardware and software and a 4 hour response time to major faults. Our current run rate during 2011 is 2.59 hours response to ALL faults. We know this as we run a Computerised Management System called Servantage. This measures and therefore allows us to manage our service and support operation with the finest accuracy.
