New AVAYA IP Office software launched. AVAYA have launched their latest level 5 software on 3/8/09. This launch sees some radical changes to the system and the way it fits together. The Standard to Professional Upgrade license has been removed. The embedded voicemail has been renamed as 'IP Office Essential Edition'. Voicemail Pro has been renamed 'IP Office Preferred Edition'. The new call centre software has been launched and it is called 'IP Office Advanced Edition' and includes the new CCR call centre software.
AVAYA have also enabled the system to expand to 380 ports/extensions.
Further new bundled licences have been released namely 'Mobile Worker', 'Power User' and 'Receptionist'
