AVAYA IP Office is normally deployed with either digital handsets, IP handsets or analogue handsets.

AVAYA DIGITAL HANDSETS

By far the most common AVAYA handset is the AVAYA DS5410 digital station telephone (pictured above left NORMAL PRICE £ 151).

The AVAYA DS5410 telephone is ideal for users that require a reasonablly high degree of functionality. An Easy to use AVAYA handset, the DS5410 provides 12 soft keys that can be configured for either features or providing visual status of internal extensions (busy lamp field). The normal features we program on this handset include System Directory, Paging, Voicemail Transfer, Time/date, Call record, Visual Voicemail and Park 1 and Park 2. The soft buttons are paperless (which is less messy and a real bonus) in the display and can be programmed easily by your office system administrator or by your AVAYA system maintainer.

The AVAYA DS5410 offers an array of fixed keys including conference, transfer, drop, handset, volume, mute and alot more.

When used with AVAYA IP Office voicemail, the DS5410 can be programmed with Visual Voice (see image on the left) allowing easy use and navigation of your user's voicemail box. Trust us - voicemail access and ease of use has never been better than this.

The AVAYA 5410 is a great phone - when using voicemail, the 5410 will provide Visual Voice Mail which makes the voicemail even simpler to use as users can delete and forward messages by pressing options in the phone display.

The second most popular IP Office telephone is the AVAYA DS5402 telephone (NORMAL PRICE £ 71). This telephone provides every feature that the DS5410 offers other than the large display.It still has a display so you can see who is calling you and who you are calling, call duration and so on but it does not have a large display with soft buttons - hence the price. However, many AVAYA IP Office users use this phone with Phone Manager meaning they don't need to pay for costly handsets.

You can also buy the DS5420 digital station handset which is identical to the DS5410 pictured above apart from it has a larger 24 button display or the EU expansion module which connects to either the DS5410 or DS5420 and provides  extra 24 one touch speed dials or busy lamp fields (so a user can see which extension is free or busy).
